Questions About Our Door Replacements and Installs?
Ordered a new entrance door and a garden door replacement. Working with the sales staff we were able to reconfigure the door to better suit our needs. The installation crew showed up with three people and worked quickly and efficiently. They took care not make a mess and cleaned up all garbage when done. The interior and exterior were nicely trimmed including nail marks painted over. This was a 100% complete installation. The doors themselves are excellent. They seal well and we can tell the house is quieter, which maybe says more about how bad our old ones were! One item to note is that the lead time was quite long (approx 16 weeks), which we were told upfront. Based on our experience I would 100% recommend Denovo.
